Project Description:

This project enables the effortless creation of a range of lifelike environments, designed for testing vehicular simulations developed by our sister team. Leveraging the Bevy game engine (https://bevyengine.org/), it efficiently materializes these environments in a lightweight framework.

Specifically, it serves as a library that empowers developers to position hex tiles representing urban, forest, and ocean settings. These tiles can be manually stitched together using a straightforward programming interface, or alternatively, developers can employ procedural generation for even quicker tile arrangement.

Stay tuned for an open-source repository. We are presently in the process of refining the code and anticipate publishing it near the end of the 2023 term.
