Project Description:

The goal of this project is to create a small probe that measures three different soil parameters: soil moisture level, soil temperature, and soil pH levels. The probe will be able to last up to six months without external power due to its solar panel for charging. The measurements gathered by the probe will aim to help small gardeners with their gardening practices to conserve water, as well as target specific soil temperature levels that are more ideal for seed germination. The probe will not only help gardeners to conserve water but also to know when they need to begin watering their plants more.
