The Engineering Undergraduate Expo will be held at Kelley Engineering Center, Johnson Hall and the Community Plaza inbetween the two buildings.  The event is free and open to the public.

Student presenters attire is business casual, no hats please.

9:00-10:30 a.m. Arrive and find your project location on the map.

  • If your project was selected for media, please review important information on the form.
  • If you do not want your project photographed during Expo, you must print out a NO PHOTOS PLEASE sign and place it on your table.
  • If you need help setting up or have any *special requests, please contact your school's Expo Coordinator; they will be able to assist you. 

*Special requests must be made by May 1.

  • Check in with your floor manager (at the information booth closest to your project table) to confirm table location and pick up your name tag.  Set up your display.  If you have problems durring your set up your floor manager will assist you.

11:00 a.m. Expo Starts

  • You are expected to remain at your tables and interact with the public throughout the 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Expo timeframe. Feel free to take short breaks, but please try to have someone cover your booth at all times if possible.
  • Water and soda will be available for presenters at all inside information booths marked with a red star on the expo map. Please keep your table presentable and free and clear of water/soda/other items. (Hint: hide items behind your poster or under the table.)
  • Please do not remove chairs from conference rooms or any other rooms.

3:30 p.m. Award Presentation

  • Expo People’s Choice Award and Industry Sponsorship Awards results will be announced.

4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Dean's Reception

  • Open to student presenters, their families, industry representatives, leadership, faculty and alumni.

5 -5:30 p.m. Breaking Down

  • You will be responsible for cleaning up your area, please: throw all trash away, fold table cloth and (if you are not attending the reception) leave your name badges and table cloth on top of your table.
